Abstract

Se describen métodos para vigilar si un sujeto será sensible o resistente al tratamiento con una terapia anti-SMAD7; los métodos se basan en la determinación de la cantidad de CCR9+ FOXP3+ linfocitos T, CCR9+ IFN-gamma+ linfocitos T, CCR9+ IL17A+ linfocitos T, FOXP3+ linfocitos T, IFN-gamma+ linfocitos T, y/o IL17A-f linfocitos T en una muestra del sujeto; la medición de las poblaciones de linfocitos T puede ser determinada por citometría de flujo, inmunohistoquímica, y/o ELISA.
