Abstract
La presente invención proporciona dispositivos optoelectrónicos que contienen al menos una barrera de película delgada conformacional proporcionada en una superficie no plana que comprende una pluralidad de uniones. El recubrimiento de barrera tiene una morfología híbrida que incluye dominios cristalinos distribuidos en una matriz amorfa.
