Abstract

La presente invención presenta una tableta que incluye por lo menos un ingrediente farmacéuticamente activo, en donde el molde de la tableta incluye por lo menos una cara principal en donde: (i) la resistencia pico a la penetración en el perímetro de la cara principal de la tableta es por lo menos aproximadamente 10 % mayor que la resistencia pico a la penetración en el centro de la cara principal; y (ii) la tableta se desintegra en la boca al colocarla sobre la lengua en menos de aproximadamente 30 segundos, y una máquina y método para la fabricación de tal tableta.
