Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para la retirada automática de depósitos de carbono desde cámaras de hornos de coque y desde canales de flujo en hornos de coque de "No-Recuperación" y de "Recuperación de Calor", siendo utilizado un banco de hornos de coque compuesto típicamente de una pluralidad de cámaras de hornos de coque dispuestas lado a lado para carbonización cíclica de carbón, y siendo utilizada una instalación de dosificación de aire que funciona a presión positiva con el fin de retirar depósitos de carbono que se acumulan en secciones transversales de flujo del sistema de hornos por combustión y que contrarrestan de esta manera una reducción de la tasa de rendimiento del horno. La invención se refiere, además, a un dispositivo, por medio del cual se puede implementar este método, en el que este dispositivo está integrado en el banco de hornos de coque y al menos en una cámara del horno de coque, de manera que los depósitos de carbono pueden ser retirados durante el funcionamiento sin modificar ninguna disposición.
