Abstract
Se describe un método de codificación de imagen que puede mejorar la eficiencia de codificación mediante la utilización de profundidad de bitios adaptable. El método de codificación de imagen se utiliza para codificar imágenes para generar una corriente codificada. El método de codificación de imagen incluye: escribir (S1001) en un parámetro se secuencia establecido en la corriente codificada que se va a generar, un primer parámetro que representa una primera profundidad de bitios que es una profundidad de bitios de una muestra reconstruida en las imágenes; y escribir (S1002), en el parámetro de secuencia establecido, un segundo parámetro el cual es diferente del primer parámetro y representa una segunda profundidad de bitios que es una profundidad de bitios de una muestra de modulación de código intrapulso (IPCM) en las imágenes.
