Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento y a un dispositivo para controlar y/o regular una planta de filtración (1) que presenta al menos un filtro de vacio (1c), al menos una bomba de vacío (10) y al menos una tina del filtro (1a), en donde mediante la unidad de filtrado, un medio que se va a filtrar (M) que consiste de partículas sólidas (FP) y un líquido (PL), se separa en un concentrado (1f) que contiene predominantemente partículas sólidas (PP) y un filtrado que contiene predominantemente líquido (PL), caracterizado porque que incluye los siguientes pasos: determinar de al menos un primer parámetro de la unidad de filtrado (1) en forma de la humedad residual (w) del concentrado (1f) y/o una densidad del filtrado dependiendo de un tiempó t o al menos un segundo parámetro de la planta de filtración (1), obtener una derivada de al menos un primer parámetro después del tiempo t o de al menos un segundo parámetro como al menos un primer valor característico, determinar el signo de al menos un segundo valor característico, y controlar y/o regular la planta de filtración (1) dependiendo del signo determinado.
