Abstract

Un método de comunicación móvil de acuerdo a la presente invención incluye un paso de transmitir, por una estación base de radio eNB, la "Reconfiguración de Conexión de RRC" que instruye a agregar el nuevo DL CC a una estación móvil UE; un paso de calcular, por la estación móvil UE, el Espacio Libre de Energía con base en una pérdida de trayectoria estimada del nuevo DLCC, en respuesta a la "Reconfiguración de Conexión de RRC"; y un paso de transmitir, por la estación móvil UE, el "Elemento de Control MAC" que incluye el espacio libre de energía a la estación base de radio eNB.
