Abstract

Sistemas y métodos para mejorar la calidad de contenido y la participación del usuario en las plataformas sociales se describen; en una modalidad, un método incluye la evaluación de calidad de cada uno de una pluralidad de usuarios que contribuye con contenidos relacionados con al menos un tema asociado con la plataforma social basada en la web basada al menos en parámetros de evaluación de calidad del tema para generar una puntuación de calidad de tema para al menos un tema; además, el método comprende generar una puntuación de credibilidad para cada uno de una pluralidad de usuarios que han contribuido con el contenido contribuido por el usuario basado en parte en la puntuación de calidad del tema; basado en la puntuación de credibilidad, al menos un usuario de confianza de la pluralidad de los usuarios para mejorar al menos uno de calidad de la plataforma social basada en la web y participación del usuario en la plataforma social basada en la web.
