Abstract

Se proporciona un dispositivo (10) de muelle laminado con un muelle (11) laminado que comprende un ojal (12) en cada extremo del mismo, y un buje (20) insertado a presión en el ojal (12). La superficie (30) interna del ojal (12) se corta con una herramienta tal como un escariador, y se somete a granallado. La distribución de la tensión residual compresiva debida al granallado, sobre la superficie (30) interna del ojal es tal que el valor absoluto de la tensión residual compresiva (t1) en una primera región (S1), que incluye la porción (31) de inicio del devanado, del ojal (12) y el valor absoluto de la tensión residual compresiva (t2) en una segunda región (S2), que incluye la porción (32) intermedia del devanado, del ojal (12) son mayores que los valores absolutos de las tensiones residuales compresivas (t3) en otras regiones (S3) de la superficie (30) interna del ojal.
