Abstract

La presente invención concierne a un método de preparación de dialquil-carbonatos de dianhidrohexitol, incluyendo dicho método las etapas siguientes: (a) preparación de una mezcla de reacción inicial que contiene al menos un dianhidrohexitol, al menos dos equivalentes en moles de un carbonato de di(alquilo) de fórmula y un catalizador de transesterificación, (b) calentamiento de la mezcla de reacción hasta una temperatura superior o igual a la temperatura de ebullición del alcohol formado, o de su azeótropo, en un reactor provisto preferentemente de una columna de rectificación que comprende cierto número de platos teóricos de destilación suficiente para separar de la mezcla de reacción el alcohol obtenido. La invención concierne igualmente a algunos de los dialquilcarbonatos de dianhidrohexitoles obtenidos por este procedimiento y su utilización para la síntesis de polímeros sintéticos.
