Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un ejercitador multifuncional para mano, muñeca y antebrazo que comprende un mango que tiene una abertura axial a través de la cual se extiende un perno. Un medio de muelle se encuentra alrededor de un extremo del perno dispuesto contra un anillo de ajuste. Una perilla de resistencia se monta en el anillo de ajuste. Una placa de presión se monta en el extremo opuesto del mango entre el mango y la cabeza del perno. Una perilla se monta alrededor de la placa de presión y el disco de embrague, montado para movimiento rotacional relativo con respecto al mango. Las muñecas y las manos se ejercitan al sostener el mango con una mano y el miembro de perilla/agarradera con la otra mano, y al torcer repetidamente el mango y el miembro de perilla/agarradera en direcciones opuestas. Un miembro de agarradera desprendible se monta sobre el miembro de perilla y el miembro de agarradera desprendible además comprende un anillo giratorio y un reforzador de agarradera de torsión.
