Abstract

本发明公开一种新型握力计,主要包括STM32微控芯片、压电陶瓷片、温度传感器、湿度传感器、语音模块、液晶显示器。当电源开关打开后,液晶显示器开始工作,温度传感器和湿度传感器测出周围环境的温度和湿度,通过STM32微控芯片给出预定的锻炼次数,压电陶瓷片内嵌手柄处,当手握住手柄处时,压电陶瓷片产生相应的电荷,经过电荷采集处理后通过STM32微控芯片转换成对应的压力值,STM32微控芯片驱动液晶显示器显示压力值,当达到预定次数时,语音模块报出数值,锻炼停止。本设计不仅具有体积小、安全实用、方便携带等优点,而且还可以根据环境温度和湿度的变化,调整锻炼的强度,以达到合理健身的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及电路控制领域,具体涉及一种新型握力计。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的加快,人们每天运动的时间有限,如何在有限的时间内取得最佳的运动效果,逐渐引起人们的重视。据专家研究得知,当人体在高温高湿环境下运动时,机体自身产热的能力增加同时散热能力受限,机体热蓄积加速,致使循环系统、呼吸系统功能受损,水盐代谢紊乱,运动能力下降,起不到健身的目的。研究还发现,温度的高低也关系着室内污染物对人体影响的轻重。当室内气温过高机体汗分泌量增加时,汗液可以吸附或粘附室内环境中的有害物质,加大污染物进入机体的机会。而当温度降低时,污染物可粘附于皮肤表面加重污染物对皮肤的损害。此外,室内的湿度对健康的影响也很大,通常情况下,空气湿度控制在45%~55%,人体感觉会比较舒适,而且病菌死亡较快。如果空气湿度过高,不利于人体出汗散热,从而降低人体的运动能力。
握力计是人们常用的一种健身器材,现有的握力计以扭矩原理或者杠杆原理制成,这样的握力计功能单一,磨损较大,携带不方便,测力不准确。本发明提供的一种新型握力计不仅具有体积小、安全实用、方便携带等优点,而且还可以根据环境温度和湿度的变化,调整锻炼的强度,以达到合理健身的目的。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种新型握力计,采用湿度传感器、温度传感器及压电陶瓷片通过STM32微控芯片的控制实现了根据空气温度和湿度先确定锻炼的次数,再测出压力值,从而达到健康锻炼的目的。
本发明涉及的一种新型握力计,包括外壳、手柄,STM32微控芯片通过导线与压电陶瓷片、温度传感器、湿度传感器、液晶显示器及语音模块连接,电源为STM32微控芯片、液晶显示器和语音模块供电,当电子开关开启后,液晶显示器开始工作,温度传感器和湿度传感器测出周围环境的温度和湿度,通过STM32微控芯片给出预定的锻炼次数,压电陶瓷片内嵌手柄处,用力握住手柄处,压电陶瓷片产生电荷,经过电荷采集处理后通过STM32微控芯片转换成相应的压力值,STM32微控芯片控制液晶显示器显示压力值,当达到预定次数时,语音模块报出数值,锻炼停止。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种新型握力计,不仅具有体积小、安全实用、方便携带等优点,而且还可以根据环境温度和湿度的变化,调整锻炼的强度,以达到合理健身的目的。
优选地,电源采用充电式纽扣电子供电。。
优选地,电子开关选用电容式触摸开关,具有自动荧光性能。
优选地,液晶显示器选用多点电容式触摸屏。
优选地,压电陶瓷片采用PZT双膜结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细说明。图1是一种新型握力计的原理框图,3为STM32微控芯片、5为压电陶瓷片、6为温度传感器、7为湿度传感器、8为液晶显示屏,9为语音模块、10为电源、11为电子开关。STM32微控芯片通过导线与压电陶瓷片、温度传感器、湿度传感器、液晶显示器及语音模块连接,电源为STM32微控芯片、液晶显示器和语音模块供电,当电子开关开启后,液晶显示器开始工作,温度传感器和湿度传感器测出周围环境的温度和湿度,通过STM32微控芯片给出预定的锻炼次数,压电陶瓷片内嵌手柄处,用力握住手柄处,压电陶瓷片产生电荷,经过电荷采集处理后通过STM32微控芯片转换成相应的压力值,STM32微控芯片控制液晶显示器显示压力值,当达到预定次数时,语音模块报出数值,锻炼停止。

1.一种新型握力计,主要包括外壳(1)、手柄(2),其特征是STM32微控芯片(3)通过导线(4)与压电陶瓷片(5)、温度传感器(6)、湿度传感器(7)、液晶显示器(8)、语音模块(9)连接,电源(10)为STM32微控芯片(3)、液晶显示器(7)、语音模块(8)供电,当电子开关(11)开启后,液晶显示器(8)开始工作,温度传感器(6)和湿度传感器(7)测出周围环境的温度和湿度,通过STM32微控芯片(3)给出预定的锻炼次数,压电陶瓷片(5)内嵌手柄(2)处,用力握住手柄(2)处,压电陶瓷片(5)产生电荷,经过电荷采集处理后通过STM32微控芯片(3)转换成相应的压力值,STM32微控芯片(3)控制液晶显示器(8)显示压力值,当达到预定次数时,语音模块(9)报出数值,锻炼停止。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型握力计,其特征是电源(10)采用充电式纽扣电子供电。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型握力计,电子开关(11)选用电容式触摸开关,具有自动荧光性能。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的新型握力计,液晶显示器(8)选用多点电容式触摸屏。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型握力计,压电陶瓷片(3)采用PZT双膜结构。
