Abstract
Un método incluye definir una banda de transición para una señal que tiene un espectro en una primera banda de frecuencias, donde la banda de transición se define como una porción de la primera banda de frecuencias, y se encuentra ubicada cerca de una banda de frecuencias adyacente que está adyacente a la primera banda de frecuencias. El método analiza la banda de transición para obtener una envolvente espectral de la banda de transición y un espectro de excitación de la banda de transición; calcula una envolvente espectral de la banda de frecuencias adyacente; genera un espectro de excitación de la banda de frecuencias adyacente por la repetición periódica de al menos una parte del espectro de excitación de la banda de transición con un período de repetición determinado por una frecuencia de tono de la señal; y combina la envolvente espectral de la banda de frecuencias adyacente y el espectro de excitación de la banda de frecuencias adyacente para obtener un espectro de señal de la banda de frecuencias adyacente. También se describe una lógica de procesamiento de señales para ejecutar el método.
