Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevos derivados ácido 4-dimetilaminobutírico de la fórmula (ver fórmula (I)) en donde A1, A2, R1, m y n tienen los significados definidos en la descripción y en las reivindicaciones, así como a sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables. Estos compuestos inhiben la actividad de la carnitina-palmitoil-transferasa (CPT), en particular al actividad de la CPT2, y pueden utilizarse como medicamentos.
