Abstract
La presente invención comprende un procedimiento para determinar un valor de corrección para la posición angular del rotor de un motor síncrono reversible conmutado eléctricamente, en relación a un sensor utilizado para su control. Para ajustar el sensor y reconocer y corregir el error de decalado angular y los errores de control, se propone accionar el motor con un campo magnético giratorio impuesto desde el exterior en un recorrido de calibración, detectar al mismo tiempo, durante el recorrido de calibración, el decalado angular del campo magnético giratorio y el ángulo mecánico del rotor medido por el sensor externo en, al menos, una posición de referencia, y almacenarlos, asignados entre sí, como una serie de mediciones de pares de valores, detectar simultáneamente, tras la inversión de dirección del campo magnético giratorio, el decalado angular del campo magnético giratorio y el ángulo mecánico del rotor, medido por el sensor, y almacenarlos, asignados respectivamente entre sí, como segunda serie de mediciones de pares de valores, calcular, a partir de los pares de valores correspondientes entre sí, de ambas series de medición, la diferencia angular entre el decalado angular del campo magnético giratorio y el ángulo mecánico y a partir de las diferencias angulares calculadas y mediante la obtención del valor medio, obtener el valor de corrección para tener en cuenta el ángulo de error real y almacenarlo para su utilización en el funcionamiento regular del motor.
