Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir un laminado que comprende por lo menos dos capas de polímero, una capa (A) y una capa (B), las cuales están fijas entre sí mediante por lo menos una capa de material polimérico adhesivo de tipo acuoso (C). El método está caracterizado en que: (a) consiste opcionalmente de una etapa de pre-limpiar la capa de substrato (A) y/o la capa de substrato (B), mediante pre-limpieza con tratamiento de plasma frío atmosférico continuo, oxidante o reductor; b) el plasma es ya sea (i) oxidante o reductor cuando la capa es una capa de polímero que tiene un shore D de estrictamente entre 35 y 60 o cuando la capa es una capa de polímero que tiene un shore D > ó = 60 y la distancia entre la fuente de plasma y la superficie de la capa a ser activada es < ó = 3 cm y (ii) el plasma es reductor cuando la capa es una capa de polímero que tiene un shore D > ó 60 y la distancia entre la fuente de plasma y la superficie de la capa a ser activada es > 3 cm, las capas de substrato (A) y (B) son idénticas o diferentes y están formadas por polímeros que no exudan.
