Abstract

Bolsas de alta temperatura para usarse en procesos de alta temperatura. Los procesos adecuados de alta temperatura incluyen la cocción de productos alimenticios, como carnes de músculo entero, y la esterilización del instrumental médico. Las bolsas de alta temperatura pueden estar compuestas por películas de múltiples capas que comprenden materiales que pueden soportar altas temperaturas y también tienen otras propiedades benéficas como, por ejemplo, la capacidad de ser fácilmente selladas con calor, la durabilidad, sin adhesión a los productos alimenticios, y buenas/mejores propiedades de barrera contra la humedad y el gas.
