Abstract

Un proceso para preparar alcoholes ?pticamente activos de la f?rmula la o Ib (ver f?rmulas) F?rmula la F?rmula Ib en la que R1,R2 son grupos alquilo, alquenilo, arilo, o alquilarilo, que a su vez pueden estar substituidos una o m?s veces por alquilo, hal?geno, SH, SR2, OH, OR2, NO2, CN, CO, COOR2, NR2R3 o NR2R3R4+X en donde R2, R3 y R4 son independientemente uno del otro H o un radical alquilo inferior o alcoxi inferior, y X es un contra ion, con la condici?n de que R1 no sea igual a R2, reduciendo la cetona correspondiente, en donde la reducci?n se lleva a cabo con una dehidrogenasa que tiene la secuencia de polip?ptido de SEC ID NO: 2 o NO: 4, o con una secuencia de polip?ptido en la que hasta 25% de los residuos de amino?cido se alteran mediante comparaci?n con SEC ID NO: 2 o NO: 4 mediante omisi?n, inserci?n, substituci?n o una combinaci?n de los mismos.
