Abstract

Un sensor para el monitoreo de aceite en un sistema de freidora de inmersión, que tiene al menos una cacerola de freidora y una tubería que dirige el aceite hacia la cacerola de freidora, tiene un primer sensor y un segundo sensor, y un primer transmisor situado para el envío de luz a través del aceite hacia el primer sensor y un segundo transmisor situado para el envío de luz a través del aceite hacia el segundo sensor.
