Abstract
Se describen un método para transmitir información de control de enlace descendente y un método para generar una palabra de código para la misma. Al generar un código largo que tiene un régimen bajo de código, un código básico del que la distancia mínima entre códigos se maximiza se repite por un número prescrito de veces y los bits del código repetido se ajustan. Por lo tanto, una condición de distancia mínima entre códigos de un código largo se satisface y simultáneamente el código se puede generar simplemente. Además, la informaci6n de control se puede transmitir con un régimen de error bajo usando el código generado.
