Abstract
Una válvula de liberación de presión controla la presión en una cámara de presión de un atomizador. La cámara de presión está dentro de un tanque desde el cual se bombea y se presuriza el líquido que se va a rociar en la cámara de presión. El líquido presurizado se libera de la cámara a través de una manguera y boquilla para atomización. La válvula de liberación de presión tiene un soporte o cuerpo con una abertura a través de ésta. Una manga se puede mover en el cuerpo y contiene un resorte de compresión. El resorte se comprime contra un extremo inferior del cuerpo por una tapa que puede girar sobre el soporte y se acopla al resorte. La manga captura una bola que proporciona una válvula contra un asiento de válvula en el soporte. La manga restringe el movimiento de la válvula y el resorte para que la válvula se abra a la presión de liberación correspondiente a la compresión del resorte por la tapa, y para que la presión de liberación sea la misma, incluso con aperturas y cierres repetidos de la válvula. También se elimina sustancialmente la fuga a través de la válvula.
