Abstract
Un aparato (10) de bomba de desplazamiento positivo se describe para desplazar un fluido de bomba. El aparato comprende una o más cámaras (22) de bomba dispuestas en un sistema de tubería para recibir el fluido de bombeo, el sistema de tubería tiene por lo menos una entrada (21´) la cual es cerrada por medio de una válvula (24´) y por lo menos una salida (21") la cual puede ser cerrada por medio de una válvula (24"). Una o más cámaras 22 de bomba se conectan mediante por lo menos una cámara (13") de fluido intermedia con por lo menos un elemento de desplazamiento en forma de una cabeza (14) de pistón y una biela (15) de pistón, la cual se dispone para llevar a cabo alternativamente una carrera de succión y una carrera de desplazamiento durante su movimiento para desplazar fluido en la cámara (13") de fluido intermedia, la cual incrementa y reduce por consiguiente, en forma respectiva, el volumen de la cámara (22) de bomba. Por lo menos un elemento de separación flexible en forma de un diafragma (23) se proporciona en la cámara (22) de bomba para separar el fluido en la cámara (13") de fluido intermedia del fluido de bombeo. Además, se proporciona un medio de fuerza para aplicar fuerza o energía en un lado de por lo menos una cabeza (14) de pistón por lo menos durante la carrera de desplazamiento, de tal forma que la fuerza o energía contrarresta la fuerza ejercida sobre la cabeza (14) de pistón mediante el fluido en la cámara (13") de fluido intermedia, la cual puede reducir por consiguiente la fuerza general necesaria para llevar a cabo el movimiento de carrera de desplazamiento de la cabeza (14) de pistón y una biela (15) de pistón.
