Abstract
Se proporciona un sistema de descarga para remover una mezcla de sólidos/gas a partir de un recipiente de presión de lecho fluidizado. El sistema incluye un recipiente de presión de lecho fluidizado, recipientes de sedimentación, líneas de descarga, válvulas de descarga primarias, líneas de unión transversal, válvulas de unión transversal , válvulas de salida primaria donde el sistema está ausente de un tanque de transferencia, y ausente de un elemento de filtro. El método proporciona una transferencia de una mezcla de sólido/gas mediante una línea de descarga a partir del recipiente de presión a un recipiente de sedimentación, donde gas se separa a partir de la mezcla, y el gas se transfiere a por lo menos un otro recipiente de sedimentación mediante una línea de unión transversal. Después los sólidos son transferidos fuera de un recipiente de sedimentación, el recipiente vacío entonces recibe gas a partir de los otros recipientes de sedimentación en el sistema.
