Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para soldar una primera parte (10) con una segunda parte (20) mediante soldadura por frotamiento rotatorio, siendo que en el componente se configura una cavidad (18) que contiene el mínimo posible de sitios de soldadura, caracterizado porque una superficie (13a) de unión interior a ser soldada de la primera parte (10) y una superficie (13a) de unión interior a ser soldada de la segunda parte (20) se disponen una con relación a otra para la soldadura por frotamiento rotatorio de manera que no configuran una superficie de contacto de superficie completa; una superficie (13b) de unión exterior a ser soldada de la primera parte (10) y una superficie (13b) de unión exterior a ser soldada de la segunda parte (20) se disponen una con relación a otra para la soldadura por frotamiento rotatorio de manera que no configuran una superficie de contacto de superficie completa; y porque la primera y la segunda parte (10, 20) se sueldan una contra otra mediante frotamiento rotatorio para formar una unión interna y una externa de soldadura por frotamiento rotatorio de manera que el cordón de soldadura por frotamiento rotatorio se desarrolla sustancialmente fuera de la superficie de la cavidad.
