Abstract

Procedimiento de selección de un arreglo de sectores (lOO, 200, 300) para un distribuidor para un turbomotor, que comprende las etapas siguientes: A. se crea por digitalización una base de datos de los modelos numéricos tridimensionales de los sectores; B. se fija un criterio de selección de un arreglo de sectores y un valor deseado para ese criterio, siendo el criterio función de la geometría y de la posición relativa de los sectores; C. para diferentes arreglos evaluados, se determinan por montaje virtual las posiciones relativas de los sectores montados juntos, y en función de estas, el valor del criterio de selección para el arreglo evaluado; D. se retiene el arreglo para el cual el criterio de selección tiene el valor más próximo al valor deseado. Este procedimiento permite optimizar la selección de los sectores dentro de un distribuidor.
