Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un motor sin núcleo que incluye un rotor de varias etapas y un aparato de impulsión que tiene el motor. Más particularmente, la presente invención se relaciona con un motor sin núcleo que incluye imanes y bobinas, dispuestos en múltiples etapas, para estar concéntricos con un eje central giratorio y un aparato de impulsión que tiene el motor. De acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente invención, un motor sin núcleo que incluye un rotor de varias etapas comprende un rotor y un estator. El rotor incluye una pluralidad de culatas cilíndricas dispuestas en múltiples etapas en una dirección radial, y una pluralidad de imanes fijos a las culatas en las etapas respectivas de tal forma que las polaridades de los imanes fijos a la culata en cada etapa se cambien en una dirección circunferencial de la culata. Además, el estator incluye una pluralidad de unidades de bobina con armadura cilíndricas dispuestas en múltiples etapas para orientarse hacia las culatas, y cada unidad de bobina con armadura incluye una pluralidad de bobinas con armadura. Las bobinas con armadura se pueden fijar de manera rígida utilizando una resina expoxi para mantener su rigidez. De esta forma, el motor puede producir potencia de una manera bastante eficiente ya que incluye el rotor y el estator de varias etapas. Además, debido a que el motor no incluye un núcleo, se produce una potencia sin endentar para evitar la reducción de la potencia de salida y la potencia de salida se mantiene constante para suprimir el ruido y la vibración.
