Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de un biodiesel en sistema continuo a partir de aceites vegetales de grado de acidez variable, por el que se somete a presión y a temperatura en una primera etapa una determinada mezcla de aceites vegetales de grado de acidez variable y metanol o etanol en un reactor tubular modular horizontal múltiple y continuo, en presencia de un ácido fuerte como catalizador hasta obtenerse un aceite vegetal de acidez inferior a un grado. En una segunda etapa se procede a la transesterificación de ese aceite mezclándolo con Metoxido de sodio o potasio, separándose la glicerina y quedando glicerina por un lado, y por otro biodiesel, que una vez purificado y lavado, será apto para el consumo de motores. El número de módulos, tanto en la primera como en la segunda etapa está en función de la capacidad del sistema.
