Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo que tiene la capacidad de operar como elemento de Adquisición, Control y Medición en la Red de Distribución Eléctrica de Media Tensión o en una Subestación Eléctrica, operando como dispositivo maestro (inicia la comunicación) o esclavo (responde la comunicación) en los sistemas de SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition/Control Supervisor y Adquisición de Datos). El dispositivo de la invención, tiene la capacidad de procesar estados lógicos y señales analógicas, tales como parámetros de corriente y voltaje, frecuencia y potencia, teniendo también la capacidad de manejar salidas digitales por medio de contactos de relevador y entradas digitales optoaisladas. El dispositivo de la invención, puede ser utilizado para interconectar en forma simultánea equipo de control a diversos sistemas de Adquisición a través sus puertos de comunicación y protocolos de comunicación estándar como son DNP, Harris 5000/6000. Permite que dispositivos remotos accedan su base de datos a través de enlaces TCP/IP, RS-232, RS-485, MODEM GPRS, MODEM FSK, utilizando prácticamente cualquier medio disponible, Radio, teléfono, audio, celular, internet, Intranet o cable. Se puede utilizar como concentrador de datos y/o traductor de protocolos, cuenta con una conexión virtual tipo puerto transparente para comunicación hacia otros dispositivos que manejan únicamente Software propietario sin conversión de los datos a través cualquiera de sus puertos de comunicación. Cuenta con un puerto de mantenimiento y tres puertos de datos del tipo RS232 RS 485, además cuenta con puertos para interconexión de módulos de expansión. Tiene dos entradas de alimentación de 127 VCA que operan como redundancia una de otra, adicionalmente cuenta con un banco de baterías que entra en operación en ausencia total de la alimentación de 127 VCA. Cuenta también con un software de configuración y mantenimiento, que realiza sus funciones a través de una interfase visual en ambiente Windows, compatible con Windows 98/2000/XP. Incorpora el manejo de funcionalidades para medición de calidad de energía, tiene la capacidad detectar una falla de sobrecorriente en la línea de media tensión y enviar la alarma inmediatamente hacia la Unidad Central Maestra que lo está monitoreando para que ésta analice la información entregada y tome las acciones necesarias para aislar la falla y restaure el tramo fallado del circuito de la Red Eléctrica operando remotamente los seccionadores involucrados. Tiene la capacidad de efectuar automatismos de autoseccionalización en las redes de Distribución de media Tensión mediante lógicas de operación denominadas Control Voltaje Tiempo, CVT y hardware especial, basados exclusivamente en la detección de voltajes tanto del lado fuente como del lado carga.
