本发明公开了一种工厂电力能源管理系统,包括:工厂电力管理系统平台、打印机、报警装置、机柜、电力集中器、关口电能表;所述工程电力管理系统平台连接有打印机和报警装置,所述报警装置包括LED报警和蜂鸣器报警,所述电力集中器与工厂电力管理系统网络连接,并连接有关口电能表,所述机柜安装一个电力集中器,本发明提供的一种工厂电力能源管理系统,系统设计简单,使用设备较少,能够充分利用现有电力设备,完成工厂电力能源的实时监控管理,进而对电力设备、线路以及终端进行监控,减少电能损耗,应用范围广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力能源管理系统,特别涉及一种用于工厂电力能源管理系统,属于管理系统技术领域。 
背景技术
工厂一般有许多大型用电设备,实现节能以及整体监控是电力能源管理的重要环节,在现有的工厂供电网络中,缺少数字化监控和智能化报警管理功能,无法对用电设备的用电量和终端设备的三相电平衡进行监测,无法根据实时电网能源使用情况对整个电网设备进行调节,因此,如何检测工厂电力线路是否正常的同时,方便控制和调节个供电线路上用电设备的用电量,达到节能环保的目的,是本领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够实时监控工厂供电网络各设备的运行情况,并实时监测电网功率因数,进而对供电设备、线路及终端进行优化控制,减少电能消耗,且结构简单,应用范围广泛的工厂电力能源管理系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种工厂电力能源管理系统,包括工厂电力管理系统平台、打印机、报警装置、机柜、电力集中器、关口电能表;特征在于:所述工厂电力管理系统平台连接有打印机和报警装置,所述电力集中器与工厂电力管理系统通过GPRS或者以太网连接,每个集中器下连接有关口电能表,所述每个机柜安装一个电力集中器。
所述工厂电力管理系统平台,使用B/C模型,管理者分配相应的权限,超级管理员用户分配权限。
所述机柜对终端设备进行分类,使用不同的机柜对设备进行分离式供电。
所述报警装置包括LED报警和蜂鸣器报警,当电力设备出现异常,报警装置报警。
所述关口电能表使用三相CT电能表,根据不通的负载,增加变比,用于集中器采集线损。
所述电力集中器使用低压电力集中器,用于低压电力系统数据采集;所述集中器装置有GPRS模块或者以太网网口,能够通过GPRS或者以太网接入到Internet网络。
所述集中器能够采集电网功率因数,用于分析电能的利用率。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种工厂电力能源管理系统,包括工厂电力管理系统平台2、打印机1、报警装置3、机柜4、电力集中器5、关口电能表6;特征在于:所述工厂电力管理系统平台2连接有打印机1和报警装置2,所述电力集中器5与工厂电力管理系统平台2通过GPRS或者以太网连接,每个集中器5下连接有关口电能表6,所述每个机柜4安装一个电力集中器5。
工厂电力管理系统平台2,使用B/C模型,管理者分配相应的权限,超级管理员用户分配权限。
对终端设备进行分类,使用不同的机柜4对设备进行分离式供电。
报警装置3包括LED报警和蜂鸣器报警,当电力设备出现异常,报警装置报警。
关口电能表6使用三相CT电能表表,用于集中器采集线损。
电力集中器5使用低压电力集中器,用于低压电力系统数据采集;所述集中器装置有GPRS模块或者以太网网口,能够通过GPRS或者以太网接入到Internet网络。
电力集中器5能够采集电网功率因数,用于分析电能的利用率

1.一种工厂电力能源管理系统,包括工厂电力管理系统平台、打印机、报警装置、机柜、电力集中器和关口电能表;特征在于:所述工厂电力管理系统平台连接有打印机和报警装置,所述电力集中器与工厂电力管理系统平台通过GPRS或者以太网连接,所述电力集中器下连接有关口电能表,所述机柜安装有一个电力集中器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工厂电力能源管理系统,其特征在于:所述工厂电力管理系统平台为B/C模型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工厂电力能源管理系统,其特征在于:所述报警装置包括LED报警和蜂鸣器报警。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种工厂电力能源管理系统,其特征在于:所述关口电能表为三相CT电能表。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种工厂电力能源管理系统,其特征在于:所述电力集中器为低压电力集中器。
