Abstract

La presente invencion esta dirigida a un metodo para detectar adenoma colorrectal y/o carcinoma colorrectal que comprende los pasos: a) proporcionar un material de muestra aislado que se ha tomado de un individuo, b) determinal el nivel de un fragmento de endoplasmina o un derivado del mismo en el material demuestra silado, c) comparar el nivel determinado del fragmento deendoplasmina o un derivado del mismo con uno o mas valores de referencia. La invencion esta dirigida ademas a un metodo para discriminar entre adenoma colorrectal y carcinoma colorrectal asi como un metodo para supervisar el desarrollo y/o curso de adenoma colorrectal y/o carcinoma colorrectal y/o el tratamiento de adenoma colorrectal y/o carcinoma colorrectal. Ademas, la invencion esta dirigida a un sistema de prueba y una disposicion para uso en estos metodos. Ademas la invencion esta dirigida al uso de un fragmento de endoplasmina como un biomarcador para una deteccion de adenoma colorrectal y/o carcinoma colorrectal en un individuo. Ademas, la invencion esta dirigida a un metodo para determinar la efectividad de un compuesto en el tratamiento de adenoma colorrectal y/o carcinoma colorrectal.
