Abstract

The invention relates to a system for generating energy using gravity, which generates an increased yield regarding the strength or power supplied thereto. The system is soundless, pollution-free and requires a low percentage of power to be operated unlike that required by currently used engines (inner, solar, hydraulic combustion etc.), the power resulting from the present invention may be applied as required in a variety of mechanical works. The invention consists in a novel system for generating power by gravity, which operation requires the use of water as a counterweight; the power is generated by a plurality of buckets (water containers) attached to specially designed chains, which are simultaneously attached to sprockets, thus forming a powerful circuit. One or more pumps enable liquid to be raised continuously to a regulating tank or to be received from a natural source. The liquid is dosed into motion buckets which, gaining weight, are subjected to gravitational force, trave lling through a powerful circuit. At the lower end of the circuit the buckets are rotated through 180 DEG and the liquid contained therein is emptied into a concentrating tank. The empty buckets then travel upward and return to the position in which they can be refilled when the buckets are rotated 180 DEG by means of inclined channels welded to the regulating tank, and thus the cycle is repeated. As it may be observed, the weight of the water, as driving force, provides power to move the system. The water with which the buckets are filled is recycled and therefore not wasted. The system only requires a small amount of power with regard to that produced therewith. If water is supplied from a natural source it is returned to the stream thereof once the same has accomplished the circuit travel.
