Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a: Un procedimiento de cultivo de microorganismos de origen fúngico, (preferiblemente de los géneros Aspergillus, Penicillium, Rhizopus, Trichoderma, Geotrichum, Fusarium, Mucor y Giberella), sobre un medio de cultivo sólido constitutido de un soporte solido y un líquido conteniendo los nutrientes necesarios para el cultivo, caracterizado por in cluir las siguientes etapas: a) Trituración en partículas del soporte, humedecimiento del mismo con la solución acuosa conteniendo ciertos elementos de la solución nutritiva y esterilización del mismo; b) Impregnación del soporte asi tratado, con la solución nutritiva que contiene el o los substratos carbonados solubles, los agentes de crecimiento y el material inoculado hasta una humedad del conjunto de entre 50 y 85 por ciento c) Fermentación del medio; d) Extracción del 70 por ciento de la fracción acuosa que contiene los elementos biosintetizados (metabolitos secundarios y/o enzimas), mediante la compresión del citado soporte sólido.The present invention relates to: A method of cultivation of microorganisms of fungal origin, (preferably from the genera Aspergillus, Penicillium, Rhizopus, Trichoderma, Geotrichum, Fusarium, Mucor and Giberella), on a solid culture medium consisting of a solid support and a liquid containing the necessary nutrients for the culture, characterized by including the following stages: a) Crushing the support into particles, moistening it with the aqueous solution containing certain elements of the nutrient solution and sterilizing it; b) Impregnation of the support thus treated, with the nutrient solution containing the soluble carbon substratum or substrates, the growth agents and the inoculated material up to a humidity of between 50 and 85 percent as a whole. c) Fermentation of the medium; d) Extraction of 70 percent of the aqueous fraction containing the biosynthesized elements (secondary metabolites and / or enzymes), by compressing said solid support.
