Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para mejorar las características de la parte superficial de un cuerpo que forma parte de un molde, herramienta o máquina, caracterizado porque comprende formar una capa metálica de una forma deseada y moldear a aproximadamente temperatura ambiente una composición básica en contra de dicho metal, con lo cual se une a dicho cuerpo moldeado a dicha capa metálica, dicha composición básica comprende: (A) partículas inórganicas de un tamaño de entre 50 A a aproximadamente 0.5 m, (B) partículas sólidas qu tienen un tamaño de el orden de 0.5 a 100 m y siendo de por lo menos un orden de magnitud mayor que las partículas respectivas mencionadas en (A), y (C) partículas sólidas de forma compacta de un material que tiene una resistencia superior a la de la arena y de la piedra comunes que se utilizan en el concreto ordinario, típicamente una resistencia que corresponde a por lo menos uno de los siguientes criterios: (1) una presión de troquel de aproximadamente 30 MPa a un grado de consolidación de 0.70, mayor de 50 MPa a un grado de consolidación de 0.75 y mayor de 90 MPa a un grado de consolidación de 0.80 (en partículas del material que tiene una porción de tamaño, entre la partícula más grande y la más pequeña que no excede substancialmente de 4 mm), (2) una resistencia a la comprensión de un material, compuesto por las partículas incrustadas en la matríz especificada, que excede de 170 MPa (en el caso de que una cantidad considerable de las partículas sean mayores de 4 mm), y de 200 MPa (en el caso de que materialmente todas las partículas sean menores de 4mm), (3) una dureza Moh (referida al mineral que constituye las partículas) que excede de 7, y (4) una dureza por huella koop (referida al material que constituye las parículas) que excede de 800, dichas partículas quetienen un tamaño de 100 m - 0.1 m, un líquido y n agente dispersante de superficie activa, las partículas (A) estan homogéneamente distribuídas en los huecos entre partículas (B) y opcionalmente, (D) cuerpos adicionales que tienen por lo menos una dimensión que es por lo menos de un orden de magnitud mayor que las partículas (A), con la condición de que cuando los cuerpos adicionales D no no estan presentes o estan presentes y consisten de arena y/o piedra, por lo menos 20 por ciento en peso de las partículas B son partículas de cemento Portland.
