Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a metodo para preparar microesferas biodegradables para visualizar una circulación arterial en la corriente sanguínea, las cuales son opacas a los rayos X es de una escala de tamaño deseada caracterizado en que consiste de los pasos de: a) mezclar una substancia biodegradable capaz de aglomerarse con una substancia que es opaca a los rayos X, para formar una solución; b) añadir la solución del paso a) por gotas a un baño de congelación agitado para formar microesferas: c) estabilizar las microesferas del paso b); y d) lavar las microesferas estabilizadas del paso c).
