Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para controlar un torno de izar, para subir y bajar un objeto, estando cargado el torno de izar por el peso del objeto y su elevación o descenso, incluyendo el torno de izar un motor de corriente alterna y una fuente de alimentación de frecuencia ajustable, conectada al motor; caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: determinar el valor del nivel de corriente de la potencia suministrada al motor, indicativo de una condición de sobrecarga mecánica predeterminada del torno de izar; proveer una señal de referencia, representativa del nivel de corriente y, de tal manera, representativa de la condición de sobrecarga mecánica; sentir el nivel de corriente de la potencia alimentada al motor y producir una señal de corriente real, representativa del nivel de corriente; y comparar la señal de corriente real con la señal de referencia, y proveer una señal de salida de sobrecarga, si la señal de corriente real es igual a o mayor que la señal de referencia.
