Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un intercambiador de calor que tiene una parte central cilíndrica, una base cónica que se abocina hacia abajo, una parte superior cóncava orientada hacia abajo vuelta hacia la parte central y que constituye el límite superior del intercambiador de calor, una salida de gas tangencial una salida de gas axialmente montada que contribuye para formar un flujo de gas en espiral dentro del recipiente, una entrada de material montada en la parte superior del recipiente y una salida de material en la parte inferior del recipiente; la entrada y salida de material están colocadas de tal menra que se imparte al material sólido en polvo introducido en el intercambiador de calor un momento centrífugo, transportando de esta manera el material, a traves del intercambiador termico a contracorriente con el gas que se mueve en forma centrípeta hacia la tubería de salida de gas; caracterizado en que la salida de gas axialmente montada es una tubería orientada hacia abajo, la cual se extiende desde su axial posición central en el lado interior del recipiente hacia abajo a traves de la base cónica del mismo; en que el radio b de la parte central, está dentro de la escala de 1.5 b 3.0d, en donde d es el díametro de a tubería de salida de gas; y en que la distancia a desde el extremo superior de la tubería de salida de gas hasta la cima de la parte superior del intercambiador de calor está dentro de la escala de 2d a 5d.
