Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un molde para la fabricación de objetos moldeados a partir de una suspensión acuosa de un material fibroso, especialmente de pulpa de papel; el molde es permeable para un vacío con el objeto de producir una deposición del material sobre la parte exterior conformadora del perfil del molde; el molde está caracterizado porque la parte exterior conformadora del perfil del molde está constituída, cuando menos, por un material particulado consistente en partículas de piedra, cuyas partículas de piedra proveen un perfil exterior de contornos estables, y en que las partículas limitan simultáneamente, de una manera conjunta, pasadizos abiertos que se extienden a través del material del molde hasta la parte exterior conformadora del perfil del molde y se conectan con una fuente para efectuar la separación por succión de un líquido fluidificante.
