Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un árbol o eje de impulsión ensamblado, que consiste de un árbol hueco, unos elementos de impulsión individuales, dichos elementos están fijos de forma no rotatoria al árbol hueco, con unos diámetros de asentamiento que están escalonados en cuando menos una dirección; caracterizado porque el árbol hueco está compuesto de varias piezas tubulares que se conectan unas con otras de manera telescópica en una forma de sujeción esencialmente por ajuste forzado en una región de su cobertura o superposición radial de tal manera que el árbol hueco tiene un diámetro exterior escalonado, los elementos de impulsión están unidos a piezas tubulares respectivas de dicho árbol hueco en una forma de sujeción esencialmente por ajuste forzado, teniendo una de las piezas tubulares más interiores un límite elástico más bajo del material de la flecha y, avanzando en sentido escalonado hacia afuera, una de las piezas tubulares más exteriores y un elemento de impulsión tienen un límite elástico más alto; uno de los elementos de impulsión se encuentra, por lo menos parcialmente, colocado en la región de la cobertura de cuando menos dos piezas tubulares insertadas una en otra; y en que los elementos de impulsión están hecho de un material que tiene un límite elástico mayor que un límite elástico del material de la pieza tubular respectiva unida por debajo de los elementos de impulsión.
