Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para depositar un revestimiento sobre una faja móvil de vidrio caliente, a partir de cuando menos dos reactivos gaseosos que reaccionan entre sí, caracterizado porue comprede: a) establecer un primer flujo de un primer gas reactivo a lo largo de la superficie de vidrio caliente en una primera dirección general, substancialmente paralela a la dirección de movimiento del vidrio; b) establecer un segundo flujo de un segundo gas reactivo como un flujo turbulento, en una segunda dirección general en un ángulo a la primera dirección general y a la superficie de vidrio; c) introducir el segundo flujo dentro del primer flujo en dicho ángulo, en tanto se evita el flujo corriente arriba del segundo gas reactivo en el primer flujo; y d) dirigir el flujo del gas combinado a lo largo de la superficie del vidrio caliente en la primera dirección general como un flujo turbulento a traves de una zona de revestimiento.
