Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para fabricar un elemento de motor de un motor eléctrico, el elemento del motor se selecciona de un rotor que tiene un circuito ferromagnético separado radialmente de un medio de montaje del portador de flecha del mismo y un estator que tiene un circuito ferromagnético que incluye un juego de polos adaptados para recibir enrollamientos eléctricos en los mismos, los polos están separados radialmente de un medio de montaje del portador de flecha del mismo, el método consiste de los pasos de fijar el circuito ferromagnético seleccionado en una matriz para moldear por inyección plástico, la matriz tiene paredes que definen una cavidad para recibir el material plástico moldeado por inyección, las paredes incluyen porciones de pared para definir una pieza de la cavidad en donde se inyecta material plástico para formar el montaje de portador de flecha seleccionado apropiado, e inyectar un material plástico en la matriz para proporcionar una pieza moldeada de plástico que tiene incrustada en la misma el circuito ferromagnético seleccionado, a fin de formar el medio de montaje del portador de flecha; y para formar una cinta continua entre el circuito ferromagnético y el medio de montaje del portador de flecha, la matriz tiene las piezas deseadas del circuito ferromagnético en una colocación radial fija con relación al medio de montaje del portador de flecha para mantener la concentricidad considerable entre las piezas deseadas del circuito ferromagnético y el medio de montaje del portador de flecha después de enfriar el material plástico.
