Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para fabricar un material en hoja de capas múltiples que consiste de a) plastificar una primera composición de copolímero de cloruro de vinilideno en un aparato de extrusión y de esta manera formar una primera corriente de fusión polimérica que tiene una primera viscosidad b) encapsular anularmente la primera corriente de fusión polimérica en una segunda corriente de fusión que tiene una segunda viscosidad más baja que la primera viscosidad de por lo menos aproximadamente 20 por ciento para de esta manera formar una corriente de fusión compuesta de dos capas con la segunda corriente de fusión formando una capa continua alrededor de la circunferencia de y colocada hacia afuera de la primera corriente de fusión, la primera corriente de fusión de copolímero de cloruro de vinilideno está completamente encerrada por la segunda corriente de fusión y c) alimentar la corriente de fusión compuesta hacia y a través de una tubería de transfeencia de longitud y simetría suficientes para reducir cualesquiera de las variaciones en espesor de por oo menos 10 por ciento en la segunda corriente de fusión alrededor de la circunferencia de la corriente de fusión compuesta en por lo menos aproximadamente 50 por ciento.
