Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a dispositivo para mezclar destinado en particular a triturar materias alimenticias sumergidas en un líquido y que comprende un cuerpo tubular cuya parte superior está adaptada para estar montada sobre un bloque motor y cuya parte inferior comprende una campana cuya parte superior está atravesada por un árbol rotatorio dispuesto longitudinalmente en el cuerpo; el extremo superior del árbol está destinado a acoplarse con un accionador rotatorio accionado a gran velocidad por el bloque motor, mientras que el extremo inferior es solidario en rotación una herramienta de mezclado dispuesta transversalmente al árbol, caracterizado en que la campana comprende una separación que se extiende hacia abajo transversalmente a la pared de la parte superior y que divide de esa manera el espacio situado debajo de la campana en dos zonas, una zona denominada de aspiración en la cual está dispuesta la herramienta de mezclado, y una zona denominada de retroceso situada entre la cara externa de la separación y la pared correspondiente de la campana; la región de esa separación presenta una abertura de paso de forma oblonga que se extiende en longitud en esa separación y que hace comunicar de esa manera la zona de aspiración con la zona de retroceso.
