Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para separar material sólido de un fluido, que consiste de una cámara de doble-te o en forma de cruceta que tiene una salida principal superior, una salida principal inferior, una entrada principal horizontal de fluido y una salida horizontal de fluidos del lado de la bomba, caracterizado por una plancha o placa deflectora/separadora perforada colocada en condición hermética y angulada dentro de dicha cámara de tal manera que ésta este separada en una región de cámara superior y una región de cámara inferior, en donde la región de cámara superior colinda con la superficie superior de la placa, la salida principal superior y la salida horizontal del lado de la bomba y la región de cámara inferior colinda con la superficie inferior de la placa, la salida principal inferior y la entrada principal horizontal de fluido; la placa deflectora/separadora tiene además un dispositivo que define cuando menos una abertura a través del mismo para recibir por lo menos a un dispositivo que define un surtidor de chorro tangencial; cuando menos un dispositivo que define un surtidor de chorro tangencial alargado, alojado herméticamente dentro y coaxialmente colocado a lo largo de la salida principal superior, un extremo de dicho surtidor de chorro define un dispositivo que pasa a través de la salida principal superior y que se comunica con la parte externa de la región de cámara superior, en tanto que el otro extremo del surtidor de chorro define un dispositivo fijo de manera angulada a, y alojado por la superficie superior deflectora/separadora de tal manera que el dispositivo que define al sutidor de chorro está alojado herméticamente en la abertura de la placa deflectora/separadora; y por lo menos una entrada de contra corriente o contraflujo a través de las paredes de la región de cámara superior para comunicación de fluido por fuera de la región de cámara superior hacia la placa deflectora/separadora.
