Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un concentrado de resina pesticida sólida para suministrar una cantidad efectiva de un pesticida a una composición de resina de uso final de la cual una resina termoplástica primaria constituye una proporción predominante, el concentrado de la resina pesticida sólida consiste de una primera resina termoplástica idéntica o esencialmente idéntica a la resina termoplástica primaria, 2) una segunda resina aleada y 3) un pesticida incorporado establemente e inmovilizado en las resinas aleadas a una concentración por lo menos de aproximadamente 20 veces de concentración de uso final. Un método para preparar una composición de resina de uso final que contiene pesticida, que consiste proporcionar 1) materiales en partículas de una primera resina termoplástica idéntica o esencialmente idéntica a la resina termoplástica primaria, 2) materiales en partículas de una segunda resina termoplástica que tiene buena compatibilidad con el pesticida y 3) el pesticida a un porcentaje en peso de las resinas termoplásticas por lo menos aproximadamente 20 veces el porcentaje en peso normal con relación a los componentes de la resina de la composición de resina de uso final; fundir la primera y segunda resinas y el pesticida para formar un concentrado de resina pesticida sólido en donde el pesticida se incorpora e inmoviliza establemente; formando partículas del concentrado de resina de pesticida sólida; mezclar los materiales en partículas de la resina primaria y las partículas del concentrado de la resina pesticida sólida más los componentes opcionales adicionales para formar un compuesto de resina de uso finl; y fabricar el compuesto de resina de uso final en una composición de resina de uso final.
