Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para producir celulosa microbiana, caracterizado porque comprende: proveer un cultivo líquido que comprende un microorganismo productor de celulosa; proveer una estructura que comprende un material permeable a los gases; teniendo dicha estructura un primer lado y un segundo lado; y poner en contacto el primer lado con un gas que contiene oxígeno y el segundo lado con el cultivo líquido de manera que se produzca la celulosa microbiana sobre el segundo lado.
