Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para preparar una mezcla en partículas homogénea de un pirofosfato de metal alcalino y un tripolifosfato de metal alcalino, cada uno de los polifosfatos está presente en una cantidad por lo menos aproximadamente 15 por ciento en peso de la mezcla, el procedimiento consiste esencialmente de los pasos de: a) formar una solución acuosa de ortofosfatos de metal alcalino, los ortofosfatos tienen una relación molar de metal alcalino a fósforo dentro de la escala de 5:3 a 6:3, b) secar por evaporación instantánea la solución, a una temperatura dentro de la escala de aproximadamente 150 grados C a aproximadamente 250 grados C, para formar partículas de fosfato, c) calcinar las partículas secas a una temperatura de aproximadamente 350 grados C a aproximadamente 550 grados C., a fin de convertir las partículas de ortofosfato en patículas de polifosfato homogéneas y d) recuperar las partículas de polifosfato que tienen la finura deseada.
