Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un conjunto de molde para fabricar sellos de fluido, consiste de la combinación de: una placa de cubierta de molde inferior que tiene superficies de soporte del núcleo del molde y de la pieza de inserción inferior, un núcleo de molde anular que tiene por lo menos superficies dirigidas radialmente hacia afuera de manera parcial que forman parte de una cavidad de moldear anular, y una superficie de barrera del núcleo para acoplar apretadamente una superficie del margen del faldón en una caja de sello y por lo menos una superficie de guía y de barrera en el núcleo para acoplar cooperativamente una parte de una pieza de inserción del molde superior a fin de crear una barrera al flujo a medida que se están cerrando las porciones del conjunto del molde, un miembro de inserción inferior de molde que tiene una superficie cilíndrica anular dirigida radialmente hacia adentro acoplable con y que sostiene la porción de faldón axial de la caja de sello, una superficie ahusada en un extremo de la superficie cilíndrica acoplable con una porción del margen del faldón de la caja anular axial, y una superficie de soporte anular que se extiende radialmente en el otro extremo de la superficie cilíndrica para acoplar una pestaña radial de la caja del sello, un miembro de inserción de molde superior que tiene una superficie de guía y de barrera cilíndrica acoplable deslizablemente con la superficie de guía y de barrera en el núcleo del molde, por lo menos una superficie define otra porción de la cavidad de moldear anular, una superficie colocada opuesta a la superficie en el núcleo para recibir y colocar la carga del material moldeable, y una superficie de barrera al escurrimiento anular de la pieza de inserción superior, un primer medio resiliente colocado entre la placa de cubierta del molde inferior y una porción del miembro de inserción inferior del molde y que empuja la pieza de inserción inferior alejándola de la placa de cubierta del molde inferior, un segundo medio resiliente colocado entre la placa de cubierta de molde inferior y una porción del núcleo y que empuja el núcleo alejándolo de la placa de cubierta del molde inferior.
