Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en aparato para armar un agitador de paletas separable dentro de un recipiente para mezclar ingredientes corrosivos y materiales imilares, que comprende un propulsor revestido con vidrio unido en el extremo inferior de una flecha impulsora del agitador revestida con vdirio en una conexión de ajuste de interferencia de superficie de vidrio con superficie de vidrio exenta de empaquetadura; la flecha está sostenida verticalmentre dentro de un recipiente mezclador con el extremo inferior de la flecha separado por encima y adyacente al fondo del recipiente, y el propulsor tiene una perforación revestida con vdirio a través de la flecha revestida con vidiro y el diámetro interno de la perforación revestida con vidrio están dimensionadas para proporcionar un ajuste de interferencia entre los mismos, caracterizadas las mejoras porque además comprene un fluído refrigerante introducido en la flecha hueca y adyacente al extremo infeior para disminuir la temperatura y encoger el diámetro externo del mismo lo suficientemente como para permitir el paso de dicho extremo inferior a través de la perforación revestida con vidrio; y una vejiga inflable en una condición desinflada, colocada en el fondo del recipiente, debajo del extremo inferior de la flecha para recibir en la misma al propulsor y que posteriormente se infla para levantar el propulsor a fin de permitir el paso del extremo inferior de la flecha a través de la perforación revestida con vidrio y sostener el propulsor en la posición levantada hasta que la temperatura de extremo de la flecha se ha elevado lo suficiente para efectuar un ajuste de interferencia con la perforación del propulsor, proporcionando de esta manera un punto de superficie de vidiro con superficie de vidrio exento de empaquetadura.
