Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de un elastómero de poliuretano microcelular moldeado por inyección de reacción, caracterizado porque consiste de reaccionar un poliisocianato orgánico, un poliol de poliéter de polioxialquileno que consiste de óxido de propileno u óxido de butileno y óxido de etileno, y un agente de alargamiento de cadena, en donde el poliol tiene una escala de peso molecular de aproximadamente 1000 a 6000 y una estructura de bloque de óxido de etileno ya sea hetérico o interno, que contiene de aproximadamente 7 por ciento a 40 por ciento en peso de óxido de etileno.
