Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en dispositivo para ayudar la transferencia de una cinta de papel dispuesta en relación contigua con un fieltro de transferencia, de modo tal que la cinta de papel es transferida desde un rodillo alimentador dispuesto adyacentemente a una sección de prensa de un primer secador de una sección de secado de una máquina de fabricación de papel, las mejoras caracterizadas en que el dispositivo comprende: un rodillo intermedio de sostén dispuesto entre el rodillo de alimentador y el primer secador, de manera que el fieltro de transferencia está dispuesto entre la cinta de papel y el rodillo intermedio; una primera caja de transferencia dispuesta entre el rodillo alimentador y el rodillo intermedio, de manera que el fieltro de transferencia está dispuesto entre la cinta de papel y la primera caja, estando la primera caja de transferencia orientada con respecto al fieltro de transferencia de modo que se genera un vacío parcial entre la primera caja y el fieltro de transferencia para mantener la cinta de papel en estricta coincidencia con el fieltro de transferencia, entre el rodillo de alimentación y el rodillo intermedio; y una segunda caja de transferencia dispuesta entre el rodillo intermedio y el primer secador, de manera que el fieltro de transferencia esté dispuesto entre la cinta de papel y la segunda caja, estando orientada la segunda caja con respecto al fieltro de transferencia de manera que se genera un vacío parcial entre el fieltro de transferencia y la segunda caja, para mantener la cinta de papel en estricta coincidencia con el fieltro de transferencia entre el rodillo intermedio y el primer secador, de manera que cualquier tendencia de la cinta de papel de salirse del fieltro entre el rodillo de alimentación y el primer secador sea inhibida.
